Yellow Presents Ngeringa
Join us on Wednesday 6 November as we host biodynamic vineyard Ngeringa.
For one night only, Yellow will present a five-course vegan menu, plus snacks, featuring biodynamic produce grown at Ngeringa. Each course will be expertly paired with a selection of Ngeringa wines.
Located in the Adelaide Hills of South Australia, Ngeringa is one of Australia’s original biodynamic wine-growing pioneers. Winemaker, Erinn Klein alongside co-founder Janet Klein, create Ngeringa wines, oil and vegetables on their farm which they have nurtured with great care.
With ownership of the vineyards, they have full control over every stage of the winegrowing process, ensuring exceptional quality season after season. The vineyard is entirely chemical-free and 80% solar-sufficient.
The evening is priced at $120pp for the five-course menu, with add-on wine pairing for an additional $60pp.
