The safety of your personal information is paramount, and we have created this privacy policy to demonstrate our commitment to the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles (together, the “Australian Privacy Law”).

Your information is collected through a number of channels, including but not limited to; access to the website, phone contact via the reservations number, bookings via our widget or third-party providers, interaction on our social media channels, subscription to the mailing list and visiting our venues in person. Through this participation, you agree and consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy and our collection and use of your personal information.
By reserving a table online using the widget, via email or on the phone with a reservations manager; you are agreeing to the cancellation terms and conditions that are listed on the website, prompted on the booking widget or verballed over the phone by our staff.

Personal Information is considered any information that can be used to identify and individual, and information about an identified individual. This can include;
Name, Phone Number, Email Address, Address, Age, IP address of a computer you are using, information about the services you are enquiring about and go on to consume, email communication and credit card information.

Your personal information is used by the business in a number of ways including; facilitating restaurant reservations, processing payments, record keeping, notification of upcoming events, products or services through digital marketing or email, conducting promotions and administering our relationship with you by responding to enquiries about reservations and events. Contact may include phone, email, sms, social media or digital campaigns.

We may disclose your personal information, and by providing personal information to us you consent to us disclosing that information, as follows:
a. We may disclose your personal information to any of our employees, insurers, professional advisers, suppliers or subcontractors insofar as reasonably necessary for the purposes set out in this Policy. Personal information is only supplied to a third party when it is required for the delivery of our services.
b. We may from time to time need to disclose personal information to comply with a legal requirement, such as a law, regulation, court order, subpoena, warrant, in the course of a legal proceeding or in response to a law enforcement agency request.
c. Information that we collect may from time to time be stored, processed in or transferred between parties located in countries outside of Australia. 6. Video Surveillance
In order to provide a safe and secure environment for our patrons and employees, our venues are under constant video surveillance. Video footage is retained for 28 days unless required for an investigation in respect of, for example, a breach of security or suspected illegal or suspicious activities. Please note that retaining the video footage is a licensing requirement. All persons movements upon entering licensed premises will be subject to monitoring by security systems such as but not limited to CCTV. By entering you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
