Welcome to Yellow

Yellow is a vegan restaurant in Potts Point from the award-winning team behind Bentley Restaurant + Bar, Monopole, Cirrus, King Clarence and Brasserie 1930. Recognising a demand for vegan dining in Sydney, co-owner and chef Brent Savage and his team have created a vegan menu that heroes unique heirloom vegetables, grown by local suppliers. The comprehensive wine list, by co-owner and sommelier Nick Hildebrandt, is designed to perfectly complement the plant-based menu and features a wide range of vegan wines. Yellow is the first vegan restaurant to be awarded two chef hats in the coveted Good Food Guide.

Our Story

“Yellow is a compelling glimpse of what vegan dining can be”

Delicious 2022

Yellow offers a 6-course vegan tasting menu that showcases the finest produce available each season. Chef Brent Savage has long been renowned for his inventive vegan & vegetarian dishes but going wholly plant-based in 2016 was a first for The Bentley Group. “I’ve always loved cooking with vegetables,” says Brent, “Having a solely vegetable driven menu gives me the opportunity to focus on interesting and heirloom varietals, grown by local suppliers.”

By treating vegetables with the same consideration as protein we hope to show that vegan dishes are just as delicious as any other menu item. Nick Hildebrandt’s eclectic wine list balances the familiar and the obscure and includes a range of natural, biodynamic and vegan wines that enrich the dining experience. Yellow is also proud to offer a bespoke non-alcoholic pairing with the tasting menu.
