Hidden beneath 350 George Street with entry via Angel Place, the space brings together expertly crafted classic cocktails, a considered wine list by Nick Hildebrandt and a late-night menu by Executive Chef Khanh Nguyen. From caviar service and prawn toast to beef tartare and the signature fried chicken sandwich, the menu is designed to complement every drink, whether you're stopping by for a quick bite or settling in for the evening.

At the heart of Vespertine is a dedicated performance stage, with a curated nightly program of live musicians, bands and DJs delivering a different soundtrack every evening.
