Welcome to Ashe
Ashe, by the Bentley Group, is a contemporary Southeast Asian restaurant led by Executive Chef Khanh Nguyen. Located on the corner of Angel Place and Ash Street in Sydney's CBD, the 80-seat restaurant brings together the bold flavours of Vietnam, Thailand and Malaysia, centred around a dedicated clay oven and grill.
Designed to share, the menu showcases premium Australian produce alongside Southeast Asian flavours, with dishes including a shellfish plate featuring Sydney rock oysters, Abrolhos Island scallops and Yamba pippies, alongside king prawns with red curry, blackened grouper cutlet, dry-aged Berkshire pork cutlet and pasture-raised rib eye.
With a dining room full of energy and character, Ashe offers a contemporary take on Southeast Asian cooking, alongside a 30-seat private dining room for group bookings and special occasions.
