Nestled in the heart of Beechworth, Domenica is a boutique vineyard where tradition meets innovation. Founded in 2012, the estate is the vision of Peter Graham, whose winemaking journey began in 1999 at the renowned Giaconda, where he spent over a decade mastering his craft. With a deep understanding of Beechworth’s unique terroir, Peter’s approach at Domenica is one of precision, minimal intervention and a relentless pursuit of excellence.

This special evening offers a rare opportunity to experience Domenica’s acclaimed wines, thoughtfully paired with a three-course set menu at Monopole. Expect an evening of insight, exceptional wines and a curated dining experience that highlights the depth and character of Beechworth’s terroir.
